Individual employees and parents should contact their company manager to update or delete their profile and records. A company owner may permanently delete the entire company account from Company Settings in the web or mobile application where self-service deletion is available. This signs out every user and removes company-owned accounts, attendance and face data, files, push registrations, and integration settings. Transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations may be retained for the applicable mandatory period under restricted access, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You use this service is a your own risk, the service is provided as is and as available basis. Harta.org does not warrant that the service meets your requirement, uninterrupted, error free and any other quality related issues that meets your expectation.
Harta.org deals with location, so in order to work, Harta.org needs to know your location. Whenever you open and use/interact with the Harta.org app on your mobile device or go to Harta.org, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the Harta.org experience to your current location (i.e., for attendance management).
Your location data is ONLY shared with the manager in the application for the purpose of attendance management.
Attendance reporting data may be shared ONLY to the company that the user is attached to. And this is based on management authorization level. Data can be integrated to Human Resource based system only and not for the purpose of external marketing. Harta.org attendance and personal information data shall not be shared to other external parties. For further usage of the data, please refer to your own company privacy policies.
We may use third-party analytics services on the Services, such as those of Google Analytics. The service providers that administer these analytics services help us to analyze your use of the Services and improve the Services. The information we obtain may be disclosed to or collected directly by these providers and other relevant third parties who use the information, for example, to evaluate use of the Services, help administer the Services and diagnose technical issues. Your Harta.org account Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately, and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
Harta.org endeavors to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Harta.org cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, would be based on the Shariah Law that involves individual’s privacy such as the sector specific laws in Anti-Cyber Crime Law, KSA Monetary Agency Regulations for Consumer Credit (Credit Regulations), Healthcare Practice Code and Telecommunications Law.
In Malaysia, you have the right under PDPA to withdraw the consent. Harta.org will fully comply to Malaysian legal requirements under PDPA.
As for European Union, Harta.org will fully comply to GDPR requirements.
